The last day to redeem ʻOi Kelakela coupons will be WEDNESDAY 10/23/19. No coupons will be accepted after 3:30 pm on WEDNESDAY.
OUTSTANDING DETENTION:
Students who still have outstanding detention obligations at the end of the day on Thursday 10/24/19 will need to attend a mandatory workday on Friday 10/25/19 to complete their time. Fridayʻs workday will start at 8:00 am and run for as long as students need to complete their obligation. Students/families are responsible for their own transportation to and from school on Friday. Students should wear comfortable clothes and covered work shoes. Students should bring a lunch if they expect to stay longer than 4 hours.

Our Hale Ho‘okipa ‘Ohana Night gives you a chance to see some of the supports that are being provided at Kamehameha Schools Hawai‘i and what this means for you and your child.
Join us on Monday, November 4 from 5 to 7:30 p.m. for Hale Hoʻokipa.
Makua will attend two sessions out of three different topic areas covered including vaping, gender inclusion and social emotional learning. A quick “grab and go” dinner will be provided. The 50-minute sessions will present real and relevant information about challenges and choices facing your child.
The three sessions are:
– The Real Dangers of Vaping: What you need to know about how your keiki is being targeted
– A Supporting and Caring Kauhale for All: Dimensions of Gender and fostering a safe space for identity
– Understanding the Language and Culture of Your Child: How we empower our keiki to take the next step
