Boys Basketball: No practice this week
Girls Basketball: Practice on Wednesday at Koaiʻa Gym from 3:30-5:30
Golf: Practice on Tuesday and Thursday at Hilo Muni from 3:30-4:30
Cheerleading: Practice on Wednesday from 3:00-5:45 and Friday from 3:30-5:30 in Keaka Playcourt
Track: Practice on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday from 3:45 – 5:15 at Paiʻea Stadium
SPRING SPORTS BASELINE CONCUSSION TESTING

All those planning to participate in spring sports a current/valid Baseline Concussion Test is required. If you need to schedule a Baseline Concussion test please email the Athletic Trainers at [email protected] to schedule an appointment. Testing are done after-school on Wednesday’s by appointment only. Mahalo!

Upcoming Events:
- Leadership Class for Potential JV Football Players: All 8th graders who are interested in participating in JV football are invited to meet with Coach Dan Lyons every Friday in the faculty dining room at Haʻaeamahi during lunch. Students should get their plates and make their way over to the side room for their meeting. These meetings will be held each Friday and will go a long way to helping student athletes understand Coach Danʻs expectations.
- Pilina & Pāʻina – Tomorrow, Feb. 11 – come to school in red, white and pink. Bring swimwear, towel, slippers, change of clothes for the pool.
