News Letter 3/25

Sent this note home today- just incase you missed it in your childʻs folder!

March 25, 2015

Aloha Papa Mālaa‘o,

As we sit here planning for next week, we see that next Friday is Good Friday! We would like to have an Easter egg hunt for the keiki on Thursday afternoon, at 12:30.

We are asking for donations of a dozen plastic eggs filled with candy or simple toys from each student. We would like these by Wednesday please.

We will need help counting and placing the eggs on our playground Thursday afternoon. We count them so that we can tell the keiki how many they are allowed to find. We would include any younger siblings in this that happen to be here. We need the volunteers here by 12:00 that day.

Have your child bring a reusable bag with their name on it to use as their Easter basket.

If you do not wish your child to participate in this, please let us know so that we can arrange for another activity during this time.

Other news:

  • April 10th is our excursion to a farm and the zoo. We could use four chaperones per class. Let us each know if you can make this.
  • The April 13th Ekalesia has been moved to April 20th.
  • Our swimming for P.E. is coming up the week of April 20th. We donʻt know the exact date yet, but will need help in the pool.
  • Spring Concert is April 17th.

Okay thatʻs it for now!

A hui hou!

Karen and Hazel
