‘Ohana Math Night

Good eats and fun games were to be had at our first ‘ohana math night this school year! Mahalo to Mrs. Hara and Kumu Marcie for doing all the work to prepare for it. Mahalo to all of you who were able to come and participate in your chosen activities! The kindergarten and first grade teachers hosted a technology center sharing sites where there are some great games to play and practice math skills. We sent home a flier listing these sites and will soon post them as well on this blog.

You can also visit the ixl program. Skills to focus on matched to our in-class learning are recognizing and ordering numbers to 20, showing sets to 20 and patterns.
