The Trustees Wilhelm and Kane Visit our Kula

On Tuesday, Jan. 31st, Trustee Wilhelm and Trustee Kane visited Kula Ha’aha’a. They had the opportunity to visit some of our Specials classes and see our haumana hard at work. The Trustees also had a chance to “launa” with our student council members while they enjoyed lunch together. Some of the teachers also had the opportunity to share their mana’o about the Morning Meeting which is happening in various stages across our Kula. The teachers shared that 1 or more of the 4 elements (Greeting, Sharing, Message, Activity) of Morning Meetings are happening in each class from Kindergarten all the way to Grade 5! Ke Ali’i Pauahi’s wish was to provide a great education that promoted “Good and Industrious” Men and Women…Morning Meetings helps students to be “Good” by teaching the heart and Academics teaches the head! Mahalo to Trustee Wilhelm and Trustee Kane for visiting! A Hui Hou!
