Homecoming Parade
Aloha Parents!!
This is our tri-campus Homecoming week celebration as we usher in our Homecoming Game this Friday night! The middle school has the opportunity to participate in the half time parade with the high school and elementary. Here are some of the details:
- Meet just inside of the front gate when the scoreboard shows 5 minutes left till HALF TIME. I will be there to meet class of 2019 students.
- Wear class teal tshirt.
- Walk in half time Homecoming Parade on the football field track to represent the class of 2019.
- After Parade is done, students will return to parents.

2) 3 Reading Plus by 10/14. We added 2 more sessions on to this quarters total. You should have gotten your new Reading Log today. Make sure you transfer any scores and throw away your old log so you don’t get confused.

Welcome back from Fall Break!!
Homework:
1) Sentence Packet
- Review sentence types and structures for in class flip book assessment on Thursday. A rubric for the flip book was sent home today with 2B. Sorry 1B, we discussed it, but I didn’t send it home…you can come and get it from me on Wednesday.
- Know the definitions of types and structures, punctuation of each, and how to formulate sentences for each.
2) Read TFK. We will discuss in class on Thursday.

There is no assigned hw for English.

- Reading Plus…there are so many interesting things to learn!

- Write in your personal journal…when you’re old like me, it’s so fun to reread what life was like in middle school!

On Wed., you will have English and Science blocks to work on projects.

Founder’s Day Song practice and POOL!!
(During Block 1 & 2 only)
Come to school dressed in swim clothes: bathing suit, shorts, tshirt, slippers
Bring uniform to change into for the remainder of school (lunch, elective, math/pe)
