Fitness Anyone?

Grade three has been working hard all year long on improving their fitness. They have been working on specific fitness task(s) that builds their cardiorespiratory endurance, upper body and abdominal strength and some time on flexibility. Each student has tracked their progress throughout the school year on each of these task(s); push-ups, curl-ups, sit and reach, and a quarter mile run. They have set goals along the way and all have improved their scores. Grade three has shown great gains in their fitness in each of the areas thus far.

Keep working hard grade three, the journey continues….
