Dancing Is Active and Fun!

All grades are having a great time dancing for exercise and learning things at the same time. Students use both locomotor and non-locomotor skills when they dance. Dancing is one way to keep active and increase the heart rate. Dancing is a great mind-body workout. Exercising helps to keep your body and your brain healthy as you age, which is great news because its fun.   It also allows you the opportunity to socialize and physically interact with your family, friends, and classmates or just about anyone.   So get out your dancing shoes and DANCE!
