Use the Appropriate Tool for the Job

The most important tool used by the Hawaiian canoe builder was the stone adze or Ko’i. There were many different types of Ko’i, each suited for a specific purpose. In the pictures below, students are using the appropriate tool for the job. What tool did you use today and for what purpose did you use it?
