Aloha Class of 2030!
The Kamehameha Schools Kapālama (KSK) Dual Credit Program provides students an opportunity to pursue an Associate of Arts (AA) Degree in General Studies through a partnership with Hawaiʻi Pacific University (HPU). The KSK Dual Credit Program is excited to offer a cohort opportunity to a select group of high school students. These students will receive preferential registration into select DC courses leading to an AA degree. Students admitted into the KSK Dual Credit Program HPU AA Cohort will take a rigorous course of study and, after successfully completing all programmatic requirements, will earn an AA Degree in General Studies from HPU as well as a KSK high school diploma.
To be considered for the KSK Dual Credit Program AA Cohort, students must complete an application, including the 250-300 word essay by the deadline: Saturday, October 31, 2026. Other considerations include course performance, courses completed (DC and non-DC), course requests, recommendations, and program capacity. Preference is given to students who are first generation college going.
