Microsoft OneDrive

Overview

Similar to Google Drive, Microsoft OneDrive is a cloud‑based storage service that lets students save, organize, and access their files from any device using their KS Microsoft account. It works seamlessly with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams, making it easy to keep schoolwork backed up and available anywhere. Students could use OneDrive to store assignments, collaborate on shared documents, and keep their files secure and organized throughout the school year.

Login

1. Visit the Microsoft Apps portal in your browser at https://myapps.microsoft.com.
2. If you are not yet logged into Microsoft in your browser, you will be redirected to the Microsoft login page.
3. Click on your KS (@imua.ksbe.edu) email address, or enter it into the email address field.
4. Enter your password and click “Sign in.”
5. In the Microsoft Apps dashboard, search for “OneDrive.”
