Microsoft Apps

Overview

Microsoft Apps (myapps.microsoft.com) is a centralized portal where students can access all KS‑provided platforms and web-based Microsoft apps—such as Outlook, OneDrive, Teams, and Word—using their KS account. It serves as the main launch point for school email, cloud storage, and productivity tools. Students should use this site to quickly open Microsoft apps, manage their files, and stay connected with school communication. Microsoft Apps is also a centralized portal where students can access other KS-approved platforms, such as Infinite Campus.

Login

1. Visit the Microsoft Apps portal in your browser at https://myapps.microsoft.com.
2. If you are not yet logged into Microsoft in your browser, you will be redirected to the Microsoft login page.
3. Click on your KS (@imua.ksbe.edu) email address, or enter it into the email address field.
4. Enter your password and click “Sign in.”
