FAQs

Why is Acrobat asking me to purchase a subscription?

This typically occurs when you are signed in with a personal account instead of your KS account.

To fix this, open Acrobat and click on your profile picture in the upper-right hand corner. Sign out of any personal account and login to your KS email address.

Can I access the Adobe applications on a personal (non-KS) device?

For security reasons, we strongly recommend that you do not login to your KS account on your personal devices for any applications.

Please only utilize your KS account on your school-issued Macbook.
