PAUAHI COLOR RUN/WALK Saturday, October 23, 2021 – 9:00am to noon – KS Hawaiʻi Campus Each participant must complete a registration form. A completed Pauahi Foundation Waiver Form must be on file with the high school office prior to the event. Waiver forms will be provided to you after registration is processed by high school office. OPTIONAL Runner Packet will include White T-Shirt, Sun Glasses, Disposable Mask, and Powder Color Packet for $20.00. Runner Packet Pick-Up will be held the morning of the event. If the event is canceled, the Runner Packet will be mailed via USPS with tracking to your mailing address. Purchase of Runner Packets are non-refundable. The safety of our students, staff, and ʻohana are our priority and plans for this activity may be altered or canceled to uphold this commitment. We mahalo you for your support and understanding. KS will follow all state and county regulations, health and government guidelines, and best practices in conducting this event. As of August 9, 2021 KS has implemented a new health and safety measure for the 2021-2022 School Year, which includes COVID-19 surveillance testing for students, staff, and our visitors, vendors, and volunteers who come onto campus. For any event participants coming onto campus, you are required to provide proof of vaccination or a negative PCR test result. Existing guidelines remain in place which include indoor and outdoor masking, physical distancing, and daily wellness checks. Kamehameha Schools and Pauahi Foundation reserves the right to postpone or cancel the event due to circumstances beyond our control such as a natural disaster or emergency or as required to protect the safety of participants and staff. |
