Hooping It Up!
Hoops can be fun and give you a workout. Second graders are great at hooping it up. Sessions on hoop skills and relays with hoops were a hit. Students were able to practice and enjoy using hoops individually and with a partner. It was decided that hoops make us sweat, increase our heart rate and may help to make us strong. Ask a second grader to show you a skill or two I’m sure they will be glad to give you a show.
