What does the Museum Archive do?
Kamehameha Schools Archives opened in 1992 at Midkiff Learning Center, Kapālama. The legacy Kapālama campus was the only K-12 campus at that time. The archive is responsible for collecting, preserving, and making accessible, the history of the Kamehameha Schools.
The history of Kamehameha Schools is in the Archives in the form of school newspapers, yearbooks, scrapbooks, annual reports, programs and other memorabilia and artifacts. The collection also houses the Photographic Archives and Polynesian Voyaging Society Archives.
