REQUIREMENTS for Canoe Building Technology (tools) Research

1. Information from at least 4 different web resources (for each part). Insert a new row for each different resource in your table.
2. No Wikipedia.
3. Include at least 5 pictures for your part.
4. Include relevant information only.

1. Complete the Table you did in your journal write today (4 definitions of Technology).

2. Complete the Change Over Time worksheet (table).

Complete Waʻa Summary Report in Google Classroom. This is a summative assignment. Summative points will be deducted for assignment turned in late! All BAND STUDENTS – Although you are on a band trip, you do have the time and are expected to complete the assignment before the next class!

Complete Design A Sail

1. Complete PART 3 of Sail Design.
2. VTAM Final RETEST – See Mr. Courtotʻs blog to retake the final online. Last day to retake VTAM Final is Tuesday, February 28th.
3. All WAʻA and BLUEPRINTS are due on Tuesday, February 28th.

1. Complete Naming Hokuleʻa/Naming Your Waʻa Assignment in Google Classroom.
2. If you did not complete your waʻa, you have until Tuesday, February 28 to complete it. Your group must go to VTAM on your own time (before school, recess)

Complete ALL (4 total) Journal Writes in Google Classroom. All ODD classes are due this Tuesday, 3 pm. All EVEN classes are due this Wednesday, 3 pm.

Last day in VTAM will be next week Tuesday (even periods) and next week Wednesday (odd periods). Your waʻa must be completed on that day.

ODDS – All of your Journal Writes (4 total) should be turned into Google Classroom today. The required dates are: Jan.31, Feb. 2, 6, 8.

EVENS – All of your Journal Writes (4 total) must be in on Feb. 14th. The required dates are: Feb. 3, 7, 9, 13.

FINAL TEST (Summative) for VTAM is next week Monday (evens) and Tuesday (odd) . This will be your last graded assignment for trimester 2. Go to Mr. Courtotʻs blog, watch the REVIEW VIDEO. Topics to be covered on this test include: RULERS and SCALE, RATIO and PROPORTIONS, LATITUDE and LONGITUDE.

NOTE: The completed waʻa and blueprint grade will be a third trimester grade.
