Many of you have been anxiously waiting for our replacement devices to arrive. The good news is we have an update.
We have begun to receive new student devices and would like to start our swap process. Device swaps will be by appointment during the Imua (I&E) blocks. In the beginning, space will be limited though we will open more slots as resources permit. We recommend checking the sign-up daily.
Here are some pre-requisites that we will not make any exceptions for. The following must be completed before you sign-up for an appointment.
- Complete Student Training. If not complete, appointment will be canceled.
- Complete Parent Training. If not complete, appointment will be canceled.
- Students must back-up all needed data.
- Clean your laptop before your appointment. Cleaning materials are available at either wahi loluila.
Appointments will take approximately 30 minutes to complete. Each session will accomplish the following:
- Roll-in of currently assigned device. You may be financially responsible for missing items.
- Password reset.
- Receive new device and complete initial checklist.
