In addition to Daily Maintenance, you should be aware of additional Short Break Maintenance as it applies to you:
Storing your Device
When not in use, store your laptop in a secure, dry location. Avoid leaving your laptop in places where it may be exposed to extreme temperatures, direct sunlight, or potential spills.
Traveling?
If traveling with your laptop, ensure you are using your assigned carrying case. Avoid placing heavy items on top of your laptop while in transit. Avoid placing any items inside of the laptop between the screen and keyboard
Organize your Files
Take time to organize and declutter files and folders
Perform Updates
Check for and install any pending software updates via Self Service. Perform all OS updates. Try not to defer updates and perform them as soon as possible.
