Mahalo for diving into our fishbowl! We wanted to give you a glimpse into the learning going on in our class. Our FISH! are “swimming strong” in math! The students have been learning that math can be done in many ways! There may be one answer, but they found out that there are MANY ways to solve the problem to get to the correct answer. They have been learning a number of math strategies that I wanted to share with you. Click on the link called “Math Strategies” under the beautiful header photo of the class to see what we are up to! Have your keiki share the different types of strategies with you! Iʻm sure youʻll be proud & pleasantly amazed with the detailed explanations you get! Now, if youʻre older than 20, you may not have learned math this way, but donʻt fret, you have your own math marvel right in your household, ask a FISH! 🙂
