Ohana Alert for the Week of March 27-30

Here’s the short, but busy week at a glance:
REMINDER: We have only 8 weeks left to complete your self-set reading goals and the 9 genres required for trimester #3. Book presentations will begin on Friday, March 30th. Don’t forget the 10 vocab. words, 2 translated to ‘olelo Hawai’i, & class presentation. In the words of our last Queen…E ‘Onipa’a…Be steadfast!
Tues., Mar. 27-Day 4: ALL costumes should be in school today! You should have your part memorized, no scripts on stage for the 2nd to last practice at Lunalilo Hale.  KTA art draft homework due this week to Mrs. Rosehill! Cast t-shirt get handed out today!

Wed., Mar. 28-Day5: Last practice at Lunalilo Hale today!

Thurs., Mar.29-Day 6: 5th Grade Play: “E ‘Onipa’a” @ Lunalilo Hale at 8:30am.  All 5th grade Ohana invited to see the keiki share their learning on our last Hawaiian Queen- Queen Lili’uokalani.  Cast party for students at 12:45 at the pool!  Bring your swimsuits and wear your cast t-shirts to the pool!  Let the Celebration BEGIN!

Fri., Mar. 30-Day 1: Aloha Wear Day! Birthday celebration day for our March babies!

Heads Up for the coming week:  Mon., April 2-K-8 Easter Convocation.  Mandatory Dress  Whites!
