The Troubleshooting Process

Please contact HPK Kula Waena at this number: 808 982 0466. HPK hours are 7am to 3:30pm Monday – Friday. Please explain the issue: damaged equipment, trouble with programs, unable to access the internet, student locked out of the computer. If it is determined that the laptop needs to be exchanged an appointment time will be made for the student to pick up a loaner laptop.

Damaged Equipment

The student must bring the laptop/charger to the Kula Waena bus ramp. Mr Nordblom will be there to assist with the exchange. The student will be required at that time to log into the loaner laptop, log into Global Protect, log into classroom.google, install zoom.us from self service and install the LanSchool software for possible troubleshooting assistance.
