As we celebrate our Ke ‘Ali’i Pauahi we are reminded of all the things to be thankful for. Haumāna are encouraged to “give with Pauahi” as they reflect on what they are thankful for!

Donations can be dropped off at the bus ramp every morning during this campaign week.

  • Aloha Wear Day: All haumāna & staff have the option to wear Aloha wear today! School Uniforms are required should you choose NOT to dress in Aloha attire.
    • Aloha Attire Guidelines: See handbook pg 26 for detailed information
    • jeans are acceptable (no distressed jeans, pukas, rips or tears)
    • no spaghetti straps. Tank tops must have at least 2″ wide straps.
    • Attire MUST be Hawai’i Aloha type print or by Hawai’i designer. **Any type of “Floral prints” are NOT necessarily considered “Aloha Attire”
    • Footwear: athletic shoes with socks; sandals with back strap, heels no higher than 1″ high. NO SLIPPERS.
    • Aloha shirts do NOT have to be tucked in.
  • Kepakemapa Lā Hānau Celebrations during lunch! All September born students, staff & faculty will be recognized & celebrated during lunch with a special treat & bday song!

  • Kula Haʻahaʻa & Kula Waena Promotional Football Game!! Come out to support our Kamehameha Warrior Football team as they take on Honoka’a Dragons. Support our FB team as well as our Kula Waena Band that will be also be playing with our HS Pep Band!
  • All KS students (ES/MS) get in free. **All ES & MS students who attend the game will get a free mini Bradda pop & the ‘ohana will get a lucky drawing ticket for a chance to win a $25 grocery gift certificate.
