Ingredients
1 package (9 ounces) single layer chocolate cake mix
3 cups milk
2 packages instant chocolate pudding and pie filling
2 containers (8 ounces each) frozen whipped topping, thawed OR 2 cups heavy cream, whipped and sweetened
4 bars (1.4 ounces each) milk chocolate crisp butter toffee candy (such as Heath or SKOR), chopped
Instructions Prepare cake mix according to package directions; cool. Cut cake into bite-sized pieces. Using the 3 cups milk, prepare pudding according to package directions. Place half of the cake pieces in a glass serving bowl. Spoon half of the pudding, half of the whipped topping, and half of the candy over cake. Repeat layers. Chill for several hours or overnight.
