- 20 lumpia wrappers
- 5 whole bananas (cut into quarters)
- 4 tablespoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- Canola oil (for frying)
- Powdered sugar (optional)
Directions:
- Cut bananas into quarters.
- Combine sugar and cinnamon in a bowl and coat bananas with the mixture.
- Take 1 lumpia wrapper and 1 banana (quarter) and place banana in the bottom corner of lumpia wrapper. Fold in left and right side then roll up from bottom.
- Deep-fry on each side until golden brown. Drain on paper towels and serve while still warm.
- Sprinkle powdered sugar on top of banana lumpia. (optional)
Tips: When you are cutting the bananas, cut it first, the long way and then cut it in half.
