2 sticks butter, softened
2 c. flower
1 c. powdered sugar
Blend in mixer and pat in a 9×13 pan. Bake at 350° for 15 minutes.
4 eggs
2 c. sugar
½ c. flour
½ c. lemon juice
Beat together all ingredients and pour over crust. Bake at 350° for 20-25 minutes. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and cool before cutting into squares.
Tips:
- Use a strainer to sprinkle the powdered sugar onto the lemon bars.
