Ingredients
- 1 can of chicken broth (50 ounces)
- 1 quarter pound bacon
- 1 quarter pound ham
- 4 teaspoons garlic
- 32 ounces kidney beans
- 15 ounces tomato sauce
- 5 ounces tomato paste
- Three russet potato’s cubed
- ½ cup onion
- 2 medium carrots diced
- 2 cups rice
- 4 ounces Portuguese Sausage
- 2 tablespoons fresh ground pepper
- 2 tablespoons salt
Directions
- Put all ingredients in pot
- Cook on medium high until boiling
- Lower heat to low
- Let simmer for one hour
