A Day at the Beach

What a blast! Sun, water, food and fun! The only missing pieces were Jacob, Kala’i and Kamali’i, but we ate a little extra and swam a little more while thinking of them. Mahalo to our wonderful parents for helping to make this day so special!
As Emmy said, this year was a time spent with “Good Friends” and being together at Sans Souci was a great way to celebrate!

That was really fun at the beach on friday. I jumped over a lot of waves. I will really miss you during the summer break and in third grade Mrs.Nakamoto. It’s so cool how we finished two Emmy books this year. Mrs.Nakamoto you were a great teacher. I hope I see you in summer school.

I know I say this a lot but Friday was the BEST day ever!! I think that after lunch was better than before lunch because the waves got higher and almost all of us were JUMPING over them!! The BEST part was when my dad said I should body surf the waves! I was really sad π we had to leave because I had such a GREAT time :):)!!!

Here I am in our empty classroom, missing all of you. I am trying to get lots of end-of-the-year teacher paperwork done, but I keep wishing we were either at the beach or here at school, learning together!
Kristin, Brycen, Tanner, Cayli, Naiya, and Nadia, I’m so glad you are keeping in touch via the blog. Keep checking it out – more posts will be up soon. I just have to complete all of my “assignments” first. =)

Let’s do some thing like every wendsday at recess we have a class fun/meeting time.

I had a graduation in preschool, but I didn’t get a robe and a cap. Instead I got a camera and a candy lei. But by now the candy lei is probably eaten and the camera possibly out of film, so all I have is all my work that I did in preschool.

Mrs. Nakamoto guess what!!?? My soccer team won our last game!! It was so exciting I was acctually a little scared for a second though because the ball was right in front of our goal but my team mate booted it out of the goal (boy Heather has a humungus kick) π π and I dribbled the ball up the line and shot the ball but it didn’t make it luckily my other team mate Logan was able to get the ball and score !! And the score ended up being 1 to 0 π π π ! Oh yeah since my dad said he wanted to see me go out on the feild with my hair all curled, my brother curled it and when I came downstairs my dad said “you’re going to a soccer game not a prom” and I laughed a little π π and said “you’re the one that wanted to see me go out on the feild with curley hair on my last game”. On May 23 my brother graduated I was kind of sad π π because now I’m the only one left to graduate.

Thanks!! Tanner there was only one goal because the team that we played was one of the top teams and my dad knew that we were going to play them so he tought us the trianle (two defenders on the half line, one defender garding the goal and two players in the front) it was still hard for us to score because they were tough. But we were still able to keep them from scoring. I think that the triangle really through them off!! OH and we gave them their first lost π π π !!!

Thanks Cayli! But it was really, really EXTREMLY hard though because we didn’t rubber band it so it was all in my face!! π π π !! It was really exciting you had to be there it was funny because almost all the Parents were standing up and they were so nervous!! π π π π
