Mahalo to our families who helped out in our Halloween Party. We had an awesome time with our parade, games, movie and tons of goodies.

It turned out being a beautiful day for our huaka’i to HVNP. The keiki were able to share their ho’okupu of Aia la o Pele.  We journeyed through the park and made connections to what we have been learning.

Mahalo to out wonderful PTO and of course ke Aliʻi Pauahi for allowing every keiki to choose a book of their own.

What a fun week filled with creative dress up days, activities and an all school pep rally.  Here are a few photos from the week.  I mua e nā pōkiʻi a inu i ka wai ʻawaʻawa.

Hāweo; the action of glow, to glow, to be distinguished. Our keiki invited members of their ‘Ohana to lunch to acknowledge their support, aloha and kuleana in creating a thriving environment for them and for all of us.

Mahalo to Haez and Aisyss’s family for coming to lunch and supporting our keiki.

In early August all Papa 1 ‘ohana came together for an incredible breakfast gathering. It was a time of pilina, food and aloha. A great start to a new school year.

Hoʻomaikaʻi e Kaliʻi a me Kaiya. These keiki have been examples of  demonstrating the first trimester value of Mālama. Hūlō, Hūlō!!! Mahalo to their ‘Ohana for joining us for lunch.

I want to wish my keiki and their ‘Ohana a very safe, restful and fun fall break. Please find the time to enjoy each other. Whether you are staying home or traveling afar I encourage you to take the time and reflect about the learning that is going on within and around you. We are so blessed to be a part of a great Kamehameha ‘ohana.
