Session 1:  Mapping Mastery: Building Educator capacity for PL

5 Domains:
1.  Data & Assessment:
          How can personalization take place if you donʻt know where they are?
2.  Pedagogy & Content:
          Shift in Mindset, Relationships with students to build trust, inter-curricular
collaboration, pre-test and Post test to measure growth. 

3.  Metacognition:
          Share data with students, Students need to own their data, Students often play to
their strengths but what about acknowledging their weaknesses and how to address
them?
         How can we put data in a form that students can understand?
4.  Social & Emotional Learning:
        Relationships with students are important, how do we get students to feel safe with
teachers?

5.  Teacher Leadership & Adult Learning:
       Teachers need to visit other schools doing PL,  Flip/Blended learning at faculty
meetings, Partner with Ed. Elements, Need PL PD.

How do we develop teachers at a deeper level and understanding?
How do we change Mindset?
Relationships need to be built between parents, leadership, teachers and students.
