Cinnamon Rolls-Sydney

Ingredients:
One white pizza dough from Whole Foods (you can also make your own bread, but the dough works perfectly).
1/4 cup softened butter
1 cup brown sugar
4 teaspoons ground cinnamon
Optional: 3/4 cup chopped pecans

Frosting:
1/2 package (8 oz) cream cheese
1/4 cup butter, softened
1 cup confectioners sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 1/2 teaspoons milk

How To Make Cinnamon Rolls

Let dough sit until at room temperature. Roll dough onto lightly floured surface and roll into 17×10 inch rectangle. Spread with the softened butter (don’t rub it all into the dough, just spread it around). In a small bowl, stir together brown sugar and cinnamon (and the pecans, if you chose to add them). Sprinkle the brown sugar mixture onto the dough, and make sure you spread it out evenly. Roll the dough, beginning with the long side. Slice into 16 pieces about an inch thick and place in 9×13 buttered pan. Let the dough rise in a warm place for about 45 minutes until the size has doubled. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Bake in oven for 15-20 minutes. While rolls bake, stir together cream cheese, softened butter, confectioners sugar, vanilla, and milk. Take rolls out of oven and top with frosting.  Serves 16.  ENJOY!!! 😀
