Me llamo Señora Yurong y soy la maestra de español. Me encantan la lengua y la cultura española y espero compartir esta pasión con mis estudiantes. Hice dos programas de intercambio – un semestre en España a la Universidad de Sevilla y un verano en Argentina a la Universidad Nacional de Cuyo. Hice el programa de maestría en la escuela media de la Universidad de Hawai`i también. Es un placer de estar aquí en esta escuela con mis compañeros y todos los estudiantes aquí en Kamehameha.
Welcome!
My name is Señora Yurong and I am the Spanish teacher. I love the Spanish language and culture and hope to share this passion with my students. I fell in love with the language attending the University of Hawai`i at Mānoa and began my major. I did two study abroad programs – a summer in Mendoza, Argentina at Universidad Nacional de Cuyo and a semester in Seville, Spain at Universidad de Sevilla. I also earned my masters in Middle Level Education from the University of Hawai`i. I am privileged to be here at a school that honors culture and has such a rich history. It is also a great pleasure to work with my peers and students here at Kamehameha Schools.
