When: July 29th – Aug 2nd
Where: Midkiff Learning Center
Who: Incoming freshmen day students who did not receive a laptop for summer courses and all day student new invitees.
Dress Code: Students must wear their KS uniform top on their scheduled roll-out date. Students will be taking their High School ID picture prior to the laptop orientation course.
Before Signing-up for a Timeslot:
- Do not select a rollout session that conflicts with the student’s pre-assigned Kū Mauna Orientation. Students will not be allowed to leave their Kū Mauna Orientation to attend laptop rollout. For more information about Kū Mauna Orientation, please email kumauna@ksbe.edu.
- Make sure to complete BOTH Student and Parent Internet Safety and Device Training BEFORE attending the rollout session. See https://blogs.ksbe.edu/kekoilipi/training/ for more information. Students who have not completed the training by their scheduled rollout session, may be asked to attend a later session or reschedule.

Additional Information Regarding Roll-out Sessions:
- Each session will take approximately 45 minutes. This will not be a quick pickup.
- Arrive on time. Sessions will start promptly at their designated times. Late arrivals may be pushed back to a later time slot or asked to reschedule
- These sessions are for students only. Parents do not need to attend.
