Swimming into Math…Conversions

The FISH! of 5B were swimming along in math today. Teamwork was a must and cooperation and communication was necessary to get the job done. The students reviewed conversion from raw data to fractions, to decimals, to percentages. All of this using a great variety of counters (that just so happen were edible and in the shape of goldfish!) They learned a few tricks that they said were “just like those video cheat codes!” Share what we did with an ohana member! Together, all the students worked hard to share their understanding so everyone could feel the success! Keep on Swimming!
