Ohana Alert for the Week of Nov. 17-21

Mahalo to the many families who were so kind to make a donation to Operation Christmas Child!  All donated items will be blessed at our Thanksgiving convocation and then sent off to a child in need!  Your spirit of giving and caring for others truly sets a great example for all our keiki!

Just as a friendly reminder, IXL skills are posted on our class blog and written in student planners at the beginning of each month with the expectation of completion of 7 skills by the end.

Tues., Nov. 18-Day 4: Report cards for Trimester #1 go home.  Be on the lookout for it in backpacks!

Thurs. & Fri., Nov. 20-21:  Student-Led Conferences…Students will be in school participating in enrichment activities for both days.  5B conferences will be held in our classroom.  The students are excited to share their progress with you!

*Don’t forget to keep on reading and diving into the numerous genres in our classroom!  7 IXL skills also due at the end of the month (Nov. 26 due to Thanksgiving Holiday)

Heads up for the upcoming week:  Mon., Nov. 24-Day 6:  Thanksgiving convocation.  Dress whites are mandatory.  Please do not forget to the appropriate attire.

Yaay!  Great job!  Whoop!  Whoop!  Give a shout out to Keahi for taking charge of his kuleana of homework!  He completed ALL his assignments/homework on time for the whole first trimester!  Way to go Keahi for being responsible!
