Ohana Alert for the Week of Jan. 17-20

Here’s the week at a glance.  Hope your holiday was peaceful!

Tues., Jan 17-Day 1:  MAP testing for Language Useage at 8:00am.  Please try to be in school on time.  This will be the last MAP testing for mid-year.  🙂

Wed., Jan 18-Day 2:  Christian Education with Miss Shonnie.  Make up MAP testing begins for those who were absent.

Upcoming Events:  Security Appreciation Day on Mon., 1/23 and

Charles Reed Bishop Day on Wed., 1/25 (Dress white MANDATORY!)  STUDENTS: **Speech Festival is upcoming.  Decide if you will be working w/a partner or not and discuss w/me what you are going to do it on.  **Continue to read different genres to meet your 2nd trimester reading goals.  Remember that once you have completed 7 different chapter book genres, you are eligible to read picture book and poetry genres 🙂
