A huge ho’omaika’i to our very first Håweo Awardees for this school year, Makana and Lea! Both of these students have taken their kuleana of Målama (to care for) seriously in class. They are always willing to lend a hand to teammates and are great leaders who take the time to go the “extra mile” to help our team grow! Congrats on a job well done! They took their place of honor on the stage and lunched on a great meal provided by Uncle Sonny and the rest of the wonderful dining hall staff! Mahalo to the Aunties and Uncles who always greet us with warm smiles & målama all of us! What a great way to enjoy a fabulous lunch!
