T-E-A-M…

What makes a team move from good to great?  We discussed and agreed in class that a positive attitude makes a big difference!  A great team chooses its attitude and finds ways to work together by communicating, collaborating, cooperating, & caring  about each member.  A great team really pays attention to each other and each member knows their role.  The roles in a great team are constantly changing too.  We also discussed how when things are going good for a team, its easy to be a team, but when the team faces difficulties, that is the most important time to choose a positive attitude and work hard.

Today, we participated in a team activity.  Share your thoughts, feelings, successes, and areas that you feel may need work.  Ponder, reflect, and write 1 paragraph to share your experiences.  Remember, our goal to be a GREAT team!  Choose your words carefully. Let’s work together, Imua!
