K-12 All School Convocation

What a beautiful day that we are all blessed with today! The sun is shinning brightly outside and the smiling faces are shinning brightly inside as we offer thanks for Ke Ali’i Pauahi for her wonderful vision and give praise to Ke Akua at our 1st K-12 All School convocation. It was held at Koai’a gym and began at 8:15am.
Kahu Davis shared the message of “pilina” today in his sermon. Pilina: to build a relationship, a connection. He mentioned no matter what grade, what class, what graduation day we have, we all have pilina with each other because of Pauahi! He is so correct! Mahalo Pauahi for your vision!
Enjoy some of the photos that were taken just a couple of hours ago. You will see photos of our class, the current 5B FISH! Philosophers, you will see last year’s FISH! (the newly inducted 6th grade middle schoolers) who stopped me on the way back to our class to give me a hug and make my day, and almost grown FISH! that were 5th graders in my class awhile back! One is Austin, my son, a 10th grader and the other is Shawn Correa-Doll, a senior & a member of the Class of 2012! Pilina…at its finest!

We are ALL so blessed to have each other! I hopena pule maika’i Have a great weekend!
