Go Team Go!

What makes a team? Here is a little activity we did to try to answer this question! Our dilemma: The students had to link hands with other students in their group, making sure that they were holding hands with different people. After they were all “linked,” they needed to find a way to form one continuous, unbreakable circle as a team without letting anyone go. At first, it was very frustrating (we all know that no team is perfect), but they soon found out that with a little cooperation, some good communication, great listening skills, a big push for team effort, it could be done!
