FDSD

About FDSD/Kūkulu Pono
Facilities Development and Support Division (FDSD) has unofficially adopted the Hawaiian name of Kūkulu Pono. Kūkulu means to build, construct, establish, organize and set-up. Pono means to have a sense of duty, to be responsible, and to follow correct procedure. We feel this term embraces the many facets of FDSD including the planning and building of new buildings, capital replacement of building components, the continual daily care and management of existing facilities, and the monitoring of environmental hazards and threats to the aina while maintaining fiscal responsibility and accountability for our work.
