We Are a Kaiaulu

We are Part of a Kaiaulu, a Community

Creating teams of students and teachers that form smaller communities of learning is an important facet of the Middle School. Our theme, Ka Ulu Aloha, carries the notion that education is an act of love. Our love for teaching, learning, community, camaraderie, and children inspires us to plant seeds of knowledge, nurture skills and talents, cultivate experiences, witness growth, and reap the harvest of a fruitful learning season.

Kamehameha Schools-KapālamaMiddle School, values the attributes of a kaiaulu, a community connected by the vibrancy of each student’s talents 7 and passions.
