How full is your bucket?

We all carry around invisible buckets…there is only one purpose for this bucket which is to hold your good feelings and thoughts. Every day we can fill someone’s bucket by saying and doing something nice and kind to them. You can also be a bucket dipper by doing the opposite which is saying and doing unkind and disrespectful things to others. When you fill someone’s bucket, you fill your own bucket too! Bucket filling does not cost anything or take much time…it can be as simple as a smile. As you begin each day please remind yourself to fill someone’s bucket and at the end of the day, ask yourself, did I fill someone’s bucket?
