We are excited to present, “Leo ʻĀnela – Voices of Angels” our Christmas Concert to be held tomorrow, Friday, Dec. 13th at 6pm in Hāʻaeamahi Dining Hall. For you seasoned concert goers, lines start to form around 3:30pm!
This year, our keiki choir parents will be selling water at $1.00 each if you are in line waiting. This is a fundraiser for the choir as they will be taking a trip to Disneyland next March. Mahalo in advance for your support and please make sure to dispose of the water bottles BEFORE you enter the dining hall.
We will be enforcing a few new policies at the concert, policies that will hold true for our Spring Concert as well as future Christmas Concerts. As seating is limited and we wish to honor all who wait in line and attend the concert, here are the policies:
1. If you arrive early, you may reserve up to 2 seats only. At 5:50pm, if your reserved seat guest (s) do not arrive, we will be asking everyone to “free” up the seats to let others fill it.
2. We will ask that everyone fill up the seats in the front first. This will allow for latecomers to sit at the rear of the dining hall with minimal interruption.
3. Picture taking: Please do not come in front of the stage to take pictures. We have hired a professional photographer and we will have photos available online.
4. Video taking: Please set up in side aisles only. This will allow for non-obstruction of attendees who are seated in the chairs.
5. Student dismissal: parents are to stay till the end of the program as we will dismiss the students at that time. Each class will have a their designated place of pick up announced at the end of the program.
Mahalo for your patience and consideration. We have taken the aforementioned steps to offer everyone the opportunity to attend our Christmas and Spring concerts. Blame it all on Mrs. Debus who continues to raise the bar by teaching our keiki to sing like angels and perform like Broadway stars!
