We recently held our 1st Trimester Awards Assembly. Held at the Lunalilo Hale, our ʻAha ʻŌpio officers, moderated the program.
83 students were honored for perfect attendance! These students attended the first 58 days of school without any tardies! WOW!
Next 24 students (2 from each class) were recognized for the Hawaiian Value award. Students who demonstrated the Hawaiian Value of “Hoʻokipa” for the entire 1st trimester were honored.
Finally, students in grades 3 – 5, who achieved academic awards, were recognized. This trimester, we had RECORD number of students who achieved the Principal’s Award (must attain a 3.5-3.9 GPA) – 37 students accomplished this! The coveted Headmaster Award (4.0 GPA) were achieved by 2 students in the 3rd grade! Hoʻomaikaʻi to all!
