Yes indeed – Halloween time is in the air! Every year at Kula Haʻahaʻa, our students (and staff!) look forward to our Halloween celebration!
The Halloween parade held after lunch, is by far, the highlight of the day! Students are required to come to and from school in their uniform, however, after lunch, they magically transform into a variety of characters in costume and parade around our kula. The Food Services aunties and uncles are on the sidewalk handing out “goodies” to each child! We usually have a “surprise” guest greeting our students as they pass the Administration building! There will be many activities in the classrooms as well as a Halloween drama presentation available in the learning center.
The parade starts at the dining hall at 12:25pm and the route takes the children around our kula and back to their classrooms.
