(STARTERS) If you start a discussion thread, make sure your idea has not already been “taken.” Your post must set context. You may begin with a quotation or an idea from the texts, followed by your insightful comments, noticings, or connections. You may also do some follow up research connected to the topic. Please be brief.
(RESPONDERS) If you respond to a discussion thread, continue the discussion; do not simply agree or disagree or reiterate. Add something more to the discussion. Please be brief. Make sure to respond to the right person!
