READING
Reading Monday through Friday for 20 minutes is required, however reading longer than 20 minutes and/or on the weekends is highly recommended.
Reading is an important part of our day, in school and at home. Be sure to have on hand, many fiction and non-fiction books that interest you. You can check out books at the classroom, school and public libraries. Also, talk to friends often about books. You may find the next book you might want to read or help a friend to do the same.
MATH
Don’t forget, you can use ThinkCentral (the online component of Go Math) to find student workbook pages, videos and other sources that can help you with your homework.
