INT. LIBARARY – NIGHT
KARMA witnessed a series of crimes occurring around her town and she thinks that the criminal is someone at her school. SAM, who is Karma’s best friend since kindergarten, is Karma’s sidekick who is helping her figure out who it is. The suspect is a classmate of theirs named Jacob. They are walking through the library looking for a book that would hold any information about the crimes. Karma and Sam have never been phased by fear before but this time, they feel as if someone is watching them.
Two girls are at a library isle; they are walking through the isle looking at books when one of the girls starts to talk. Sam, has never been the popular girl, but more so the weird girl. She has always been the first to do something crazy. Being a girl who grew herself up, her body is in generally good shape. She wears casual clothes such as jean and a jacket. Sam is walking down the isle looking at books. Karma, our protagonist, has always poked her nose into danger ever since she was a child. She is a woman of respect and responsibility. She has always dreamt of becoming a detective. She is a fairly good-looking girl who is single and mostly cares about her job. She is following Sam talking to her.
SAM
(Library voice)
Did you ask him yet? Youʻd better do it soon
before itʻs too late.
KARMA
(Library Voice)
Umm, iʻm scared. Remember what happened last
time.
SAM
If you don’t do it yourself, Iʻm going to do it
for you.
KARMA
No, no, I can do it, don’t worry about it. Weʻd better
go before anyone sees us here.
They sneak away separately.
