Mahalo kumu and staff for all that you do for our haumāna on a daily basis. As the school year ends we wish to capture highlights of your good work for reporting purposes and fulfill KS compliance goals for those who handle finances.
What forms do I need to complete?
- End of the Year Financial Report – All Pū’ulu Money Managers, All Club Advisor with Financial Account, and Class Advisors
- Service Initiative Summary – All Pū’ulu and Clubs that have performed community service
- End of Year Club Report – ONLY Clubs that have participated in club travel, after hours competitions, performances, etc.
- Clubs for 2019-20 School Year Survey – Club will be a program element. All kumu are expected to advise a club. SR Staff are welcomed to advise a club, after gaining approval from their supervisor. Please complete by May 30.
